School WILL be open to pupils and staff tomorrow (Tuesday 12th December) on both sites (Ffordd Derwen & Grange Road).

Please note however we have received the following information from Denbighshire County Council this afternoon regarding limitations to school transport: 

Based on assessments this morning and earlier this afternoon, we are suspending some routes and allowing others to operate. This is subject to schools being open (details progressively on DCC’s website).

Where contracts run, contractors will need to undertake their usual fluid risk assessment as to whether they can undertake all or part of the route, ensuring that learners transported in can also return.

North of the A55

Transport can operate as normal to all schools except as follows:

From Denbigh & farther south to Tir Morfa/Plas Cefndy/Milestones which will NOT OPERATE.

Therefore please note that school transport from Denbigh and further south will not operate to school tomorrow (Tuesday 12th December)
